4. UK Mainland, Europe, Rest of the World 
Standard Delivery Method: Courier / Royal Mail (Depending on value of the order) usually arrives next day. All stock items will be dispatched on the same day if the order is placed before cut off period of 15:00 Mon-Fri (exc. Bank holidays). Although, there are very good chances that your order may arrive next working day, however we have to quote 3-5 days.

We also offer guaranteed next working day delivery at the supplements of just £2.99 extra. This of course is refunded if it is not fulfilled and delivered next working day as promised. You will only be charged the standard rate of delivery. We will make every effort to speed your order and get the order deliver to you within reasonable time.

*Next Working Day Delivery is separate contract and is non-refundable if it is delivered as promised

*Please note that by providing different delivery address can possibly delay your order and may not receive on next working day unless we receive correct ID and documentation.

9. Change of Address
Change of address is possible before your order is dispatched and we would require email with full delivery address. NO Change of address OR re-direction will be permitted after order has been dispatched. Re-direction of parcel through courier is addition service; this service is offered at £9.99 Re-direction charge 

10. Attempted Delivery
If the courier company attempts the delivery, but no one is present to collect the parcel than card will be left with the courier's contact telephone number and job number. Parcel will be held at local depot for 5 days. Courier Company can make up to 2-3 attempted deliveries. Customer wishing to collect from local depot can do so by arranging with local depot by telephone. 

If the Royal Mail attempts to deliver your parcel, but no one is present to collect the parcel, than card will be posted through letter box to notify you for attempted delivery. In most cases, your order will be held at Royal Mail’s local depot for 5-7 days, after this period parcel will be returned back to us.

11. Non-Refundable Delivery Cost
In any cases Additional Next Working Day Supplement will not be refunded if you decide to return the goods for refund under your statutory rights.

12. Checking Received Order
It is customer’s duty to check the item that they have received is the correct one they have ordered is the compatible for the device they are ordering for. If the received item states anything different on the box than the one you have ordered, this should be notified to Tecpaq Electronics Limited by telephone or via email. Any attempts made to use incorrect item received may result in fault for which Tecpaq Electronics Limited will not be liable for any faults.

13. Collection
Visitors: We do not welcome customers for collection; however in exceptional cases we welcome customers with strictly appointment only for collection. If customer agrees for collection, no further discount will be offered or given.
